We depend solely on volunteers!! Thank you to those who volunteer. HOWEVER -- CVBC has an exciting vision to expand the Children's Church ministry to children who are in grades 1st, 2nd and 3rd! WOW! Isn't God amazing!! We would like to hold a very brief informational meeting Sunday, November 20th immediately following the second service in Room 20! This brief meeting will be of interest to you, if you: 1. Have children of that age (grades 1-3) who would be attending during the second service, - OR - 2. You feel God leaning on your heart to get involved at church with school-age children. As our church body grows, we need more people who are willing to encourage, challenge, and grow with our youth! If you share in this great desire of our church, please attend this meeting. If you have questions or comments, please call Laura Wendler 726-9332 ------------------------------------------------------------------ Insert 2: PRAISE & PARTICIPATION NIGHT: Sunday Night, Nov 13, 6:00-7:30 We praise God for His continued expanding of the ministry of CVBC. In an effort to ensure that we continue to pursue excellence in all we do, we are asking everyone who worships with us to come to a special night of praise and discussion. Please come and help us seek His direction. We are seeking input and discussion for such questions as: What does CVBC do well? What can CVBC do better? Who is God calling us to reach with His love and hope? How can we share the Gospel more effectively? How can we improve our Discipleship Ministries? There will be time set aside for everyone who worships at CVBC to be heard. If you have specific questions please submit them on this insert and turn in at the Welcome Center. This will help the leadership team to be prepared to answer and allow more time for discussion. THANK YOU for being a part of CVBC! Hope to see you here - Sunday night - Nov 13 @ 6:00 Nursery provided AND 2 new Hoop Dogz videos available for older children. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Insert 3: Calling All Ladies!
