(Insert) CVBC Ministry Update - LMF What is LMF? LMF stands for Ladies Missionary Fellowship. This group meets once a month in support of the missionary program of our church. Over the years, the functioning of the group has changed, but the primary purpose has not changed; that of praying for and supporting our missionaries. We support them through a small offering, and collecting receipts from Pick 'N Save and Gordy's. In this way, we are able to help out over and above the church support when special needs arise, such as: health problems, travel expenses, and mission trips (such as the Mexico mission trip). We also attach a personal note to each monthly newsletter. Many of our missionaries have commented about how they appreciate this personal touch and how it encourages them to know they can count on the prayers of these ladies. Why not come out and help us and see what happens? With more than twenty 20 letters to be sent, we could use your help. Starting in June, we will meet the 1st Tuesday of each month at 9:00 am. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- GO TO TOMAH!
