Keep reading for several service opportunities. Children's Ministry continues to grow! This has created the need for additional teachers for the 2nd hour Children's Church program. If you are interested in joining in the fun by helping teach the 4 year-olds - 1st graders, or the 2nd - 4th graders, please contact the church office (723-2872) or Linda Balsiger (382-4858). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- WANTED: Someone who loves small children and would enjoy watching them on Wednesday nights! We're looking for a few willing childcare workers to care for children of AWANA Staff, Youth Staff and a Women's Bible Study. Please contact the office if you're interested in this ministry opportunity. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Wanted! Volunteers to assist in light cleaning of CVBC's nursery. This task involves cleaning the nursery toys and equipment at CVBC once every two months (approximately). Church membership is not required. It's a nice way to serve others...with a relatively small time commitment (1.5 to 2 hours per cleaning session). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Parents: The Children's Ministry Newsletter is now available. You can pick up your copy in the wall pockets between rooms 20 & 30, across from the mailboxes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- HOUSING NEEDED "Resound," a high-school choir from the Twin Cities, will be sharing their music at CVBC during the worship services on Sunday, February 25. We are still looking for a few host families who can take home two or three teens Saturday night, feed them breakfast Sunday morning, and get them to church early. Please contact the church office if you are considering this. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for partnering with us in supporting the A&B project. With the continued support of our CVBC family, we have raised over $262,615 toward the building of Phase 1.
