Please continue to bathe this project in prayer and ask how the Lord may use you in the Arise & Build Campaign. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Body & Soul Fitness: Spring Session - Theme: "Yesterday, Today, and Forever" The Spring session of Body & Soul Fitness, from April 9 - June 22, will be focusing on the many facets of our unchanging God. This session will help students to reflect on His attributes and grow in trust in Him, which will cultivate a heart that overflows with gratitude! Classes will be held from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. All fitness levels welcome so bring friends, family and others to get in shape! Don't forget your mats, weights, modest attire, supportive shoes, and water bottles! Come check it out with no financial obligation.
