Ladies: Our summer events continue with a gathering at CVBC this coming Monday, June 9, at 6:00pm. Don't miss out on the fun: games on the CVBC lawn with refreshing lemonade and terrific fellowship (not to mention friendly competition).

We LOVE having all of our church family together for one service this summer! We have crayons and clipboards loaded with activity sheets for young children! Look for the table near the drinking fountains just outside the cafe, and also feel free to bring quiet activities from home as well.

Adult Sunday School News: Please join us April 27 at 9:00am in room 50 for the final adult Sunday School series of the year. We'll be going through a three-week class entitled Serving one master: God and our money. We'll be looking at the theological and practical aspects of stewarding our finances, and provide some resources for having a healthier and more God-honoring relationship with our bank accounts.  All adults and high school students are welcome!

It's nearly here! THRIFT SALE WEEK begins April 27! Volunteers are needed for our Annual Thrift Sale*. You can be involved during the week of April 27 through May 3. ONE service for summer months begins May 18. 9:00am will be the service time through August 31. On May 18 we will have a Quarterly Family Meeting at 10:30am.

Senior Connection is hosting a Game Day. Join us for Bingo and a potluck. All those 55+ are invited to sign up.

Women’s Discipleship Event #2 is coming soon! Please join us even if you did not attend the first event. If you'd like to read Part 2 of the book "Better Together" ahead of time, that might be helpful but it is not required. Monday, May 19 at 6:30pm.

Our preaching this week, both Good Friday and  Easter Sunday, will be on The Son, and we will be looking at various Scripture passages.

Good Friday service is at 6pm. Easter services are 9 & 10:30am.  All are welcome to bring children into the services! Nursery is provided for children up to 4K. Activity sheets and crayons will be available on Easter Sunday.

There is no Sunday School on Easter, but classes for those in 4K through adults will resume on April 27 at 9am.
